Following the historic bipartisan election of Republican President Carlos Vanes and Independent Vice President Jack Ryan, the administration pushed forward ambitious policies on economic recovery - military expansion - and national security. But as global tensions rose and the country navigated internal divisions, disaster struck.
On May 14 - 2041, a coordinated terrorist attacktargeted the White House - the Pentagon - and multiple federal buildings, killing President Vanes and his entire Cabinet. Now, with the nation in chaos, Jack Ryan has been sworn in as the 51st President of the United States. Political power struggles - foreign threats - and civil unrest loom over the country.
